Haitham Khouri
Chief Executive Officer
Haitham Khouri is the Chief Executive Officer for Perimeter Solutions. He joined the company in 2021, upon its acquisition by EverArc Holdings, and previously served as Perimeter’s Vice Chairman. Haitham is a founder of EverArc Holdings, and has more than 15 years of experience as an investor in private and public companies, starting his career as an analyst at JP Morgan. Haitham earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Edward Goldberg
Vice Chairman
Edward (Eddie) Goldberg is the Vice Chairman for Perimeter Solutions. He brings more than 18 years of executive leadership to fire safety products and operations. Before joining Perimeter Solutions, Eddie was Business Director for ICL Performance Additives and Solutions, where he held general management responsibility for the company’s global fire safety segment. Eddie is credited with building ICL’s global fire safety business, focusing on products for wildland fire management and municipal and industrial fire suppression. Eddie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Kyle Sable
Chief Financial Officer
Kyle Sable is the Chief Financial Officer for Perimeter Solutions. He started his career at Perimeter Solutions as Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development for the Company. Prior to joining Perimeter Solutions, he served as Principal for Charlotte, North Carolina-based Banbury Partners. He has more than 20 years of investing and strategy experience in private and public companies across several Tiger Management-heritage investment funds and his time at Bain Capital Private Equity, after beginning his career at Bain & Company. Kyle holds a BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Noriko Yokozuka
General Counsel
Noriko (Nori) Yokozuka is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer for Perimeter Solutions. Prior to joining Perimeter Solutions, Nori served as General Counsel for ICL Americas. She previously worked as in-house counsel for a healthcare venture capital firm and family office in New York. Nori started her career with the Investment Management and Corporate groups at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Nori received her law degree from the University of Virginia – School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Yale University
Stephen Cornwall
President, Specialty Products
Stephen (Steve) Cornwall is the President, Specialty Products for Perimeter Solutions. He has over 27 years in the chemical industry, from Monsanto to Perimeter Solutions, in various sales and marketing management positions focused on the phosphorus and derivatives product lines. Steve is the past president of the Chemical Club of New England and the Racemics Group, as well as the past chairman and a board member of the Chemical Educational Foundation. He is also the 2012 recipient of the supplier of the year award from the National Association of Chemical Distributors.
Jeff Emery
President, Global Fire Safety
Jeff Emery is the President, Global Fire Safety for Perimeter Solutions. Previously, he served as VP and General Manager of Industrial Automation for the Americas at Norgren. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Scott Safety. Following 3M’s acquisition of Scott Safety, Emery led the global business unit within 3M through a period of significant growth. Jeff has served on the advisory board of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, and Nevada Nano and Fire 20/20, a non-profit that promotes diversity in fire services. He earned his BA in Psychology from Augustana (IL) College, and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
Melissa Kim
Vice President, R&D
Melissa is the Vice President, R&D for Perimeter Solutions. Prior to joining Perimeter Solutions, Melissa served as the Global R&D Director for ICL Performance Products, Fire Safety Division. She has been developing fire safety products since 2004 and is responsible for product development worldwide. She provides assistance to all areas of the Fire Safety business ensuring product quality and technical support. Melissa holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
Ernest Kremling
Chief Operating Officer
Ernie Kremling is the Chief Operating Officer for Perimeter Solutions. He brings extensive chemical industry experience, having held numerous global senior leadership positions at various organizations. Mr. Kremling began his career at Dow where he held roles of increasing responsibility, later holding Executive Leadership positions in Operations / Supply Chain and Business General Management at KMG Chemicals. Before joining Perimeter, he was Senior Executive for Production, Technology, Safety and Environment for the Americas at Lanxess. He holds a BA in Chemistry from Hendrix College and completed his master’s degree coursework in Chemical Engineering at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
