AUXQUIMIA^® SF-60L SYNTHETIC MULTIEXPANSION FOAM CONCENTRATE (3%)

AUXQUIMIA^® SF-60L is a synthetic foam compound specially designed to be used in high and medium expansion foam generators to fight class A and class B (hydrocarbon) fires. This product contains synthetic surfactants with very good resistance to water hardness and it is easily biodegradable. The foam shows a good stability and drains slowly. AUXQUIMIA SF-60L can be used with conventional equipment, but it has been specially designed to work with high expansion generators that must suck the combustion gases produced inside of the buildings on fire (HOTFOAM systems), and even the smoke from PVC combustion. It can be used with fresh and sea water.

AUXQUIMIA SF-60L is designed to be used with high, medium and low expansion foam equipment. High expansion foam with expansion coefficient of 500 to 1.000 is appropriate to extinguish indoor fires by suffocation. As a medium expansion foam, it can be used outdoors, filling small places and quickly covering spills. It can be used also to produce low and very-low (using water spray nozzles) expansion foam for general purposes (fighting A and B class fires). When it is used to extinguish light hydrocarbon fires a gentle application and increasing application rate (l/min.m2) is used. The proportioning rate is 3% in fresh or sea water for the production of all kinds of foam expansions.
