Perimeter Solutions offers options for fire safety and firefighting to military organizations \u2013 wherever they are required. We are a global leader in MIL-SPEC firefighting foams in both aviation and general applications. In 2023, Perimeter Solutions introduced SOLBERG\u00ae<\/sup> 3% MIL-SPEC SFFF <\/strong>the world-first fluorine-free firefighting foam concentrate to be added to the U.S. Department of Defense Qualified Products List (QPL)<\/strong>. Making it the first fluorine-free foam available for use where MIL-SPEC qualified products are required, further assisting the aviation industry to transition from traditional AFFF to Newtonian fluorine-free technology with confidence. SOLBERG 3% MIL-SPEC SFFF meets the MIL-PRF-32725 and is ICAO Level B and ICAO Level C certified.<\/p>

SOLBERG\u00ae<\/sup> EVOLUTION 3% SFFF<\/strong> was introduced as a Newtonian fluorine-free foam solution with MIL-PRF-32725 and ICAO B approvals for Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF). This foam concentrate includes UL-162 and FM 5130 world-first approvals for use in non-aspirated sprinklers, allowing for additional fire protection in hangar sprinkler systems \u2013 further assisting in the transition to fluorine-free for engineered fire suppression systems.<\/p>

For fire suppression, we produce a range of Class A, Class B, training, and specialty firefighting foam concentrates that include one of the industry\u2019s most advanced fluorine-free foam offerings. In addition, Perimeter Solutions is an industry leader in fire extinguisher additives and foam suppression hardware. We also offer preventive solutions based on ground-application of fire retardant and fire suppressant gel technologies to protect physical structures as well as equipment to deploy both.<\/p>

Class A Foam<\/strong><\/p>

Perimeter Solutions offers a range of Class A foam options under our PHOS-CHEK\u00ae<\/sup> brand \u2013 including \u00a0industry leading product PHOS-CHEK\u00ae<\/sup> WD881 and PHOS-CHEK\u00ae<\/sup> FIRST RESPONSE – fully qualified by the USDA Forest Service. These foams increase the effectiveness of water for direct suppression and mop up and can be used in both aerial and ground operations.<\/p>

Class B Foam<\/strong><\/p>

Perimeter Solutions\u2019 SOLBERG\u00ae<\/sup> and AUXQUIMIA\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0Class B firefighting foams utilize the latest technology and are among the most effective and environmentally responsible products on the market. Our Class B product portfolio includes the world-leading SOLBERG fluorine-free formulations (SFFF and AR-SFFF), C6-based aqueous film-forming foams (AFFF), and alcohol-resistant aqueous film-forming foams (AR-AFFF).<\/p>

Our fluorine-free foams have a range of comprehensive 3rd party-recognized approvals, including Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Factory Mutual (FM), EN-1568 Certified, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) levels B and C, International Maritime Organization (IMO), US Military Specification 32725, GESIP, and LASTFIRE Certified. These foam concentrates are offered in 1%, 3%, and 6% proportioned versions and include freeze-protected and low-viscosity options.<\/p>

Fire Extinguisher Additives<\/strong><\/p>

Perimeter Solutions fire extinguisher additives are especially designed for use in portable fire extinguishers. These foam concentrates are designed for use with handheld or wheeled units for rapid extinguishment of shallow spill fires. They are compatible with carbon steel and light alloys exhibiting low-corrosion rates.<\/p>

Equipment<\/strong><\/p>

Perimeter Solutions PHOS-CHEK\u00ae<\/sup> mixing equipment provides easy mixing for support of fire retardant ground operations. Our\u00a0foam suppression systems hardware is engineered by a team with over 200 years of combined in-the-field fire protection experience. These include system tanks, proportioning devices, discharge devices, and mobile systems.
