PHOS-CHEK 1% AFFF FREEZE PROTECTED
PHOS-CHEK® 1% AFFF FREEZE PROTECTED (FP) C6-based foam concentrate is proportioned at 1% concentration in both fresh and seawater and is effective on hydrocarbon fuels like gasoline, heptane, crude oil, and other fuels that are not soluble in water. PHOS-CHEK 1% AFFF FP concentrate is ideal for use in low temperature -7˚ F (-22˚ C) areas and is compatible with standard proportioning and foam making devices. Because manual firefighting operations are labor intensive, PHOS-CHEK 1% AFFF FP concentrate is often the choice in emergency response requiring less time and space at the scene and optimizing the firefighters’ time to fight the fire.
PHOS-CHEK 1% AFFF FP is not suitable for use on polar solvents or water miscible fuels such as alcohols, ketones, esters, and ethers.
CERTIFICATIONS: UL162/ULC S564 Listed, EN 1568-3:2008 (Class 1B) Approved.
